My strength lies in my meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality. I ensure standards are met, guiding teams through processes.

I also advocate for inclusive design, making sure that work is accessible to all.

Outside of work, I express my creativity through photography, gardening, glass fusing, and experimenting with dyes on textiles. I’m also a dog lover, beach enthusiast, and avid houseplant collector.
